Unlike other extruders, Amflex provides unique solutions for special and unusual requests with a minimum order requirement. We pride ourselves in completing projects that other manufacturers may reject due to the size, level of difficulty, or lack of time and equipment.

A key component of Amflex’ manufacturing process is a two-way discussion between the customer and team, which ensures that their needs are precisely matched with the right hose. Once that step is completed, the profile or profiles are extruded, and assembled with spiral wound technology. These hoses are manufactured with  a polyethylene blend that meets all industry requirements, and can be tweaked depending on particular specifications.

Special projects include:

• A combination hose from two profiles: one flexible and one rigid.
• A hose that expands to three times its original length, providing savings on shipping costs.
• Tapered hoses with decreasing diameters, creating higher pressure at the hose end.
